Also in Florida: Florida Security of Communications Act (FSCA)

FDBR is narrow, but Florida ALSO has an all-party-consent wiretap statute (Fla. Stat. § 934.03) that plaintiffs' firms now apply to tracking pixels, session replay, and chat widgets — with damages of $1,000 or $100/day per violation plus attorneys' fees. This is the law behind the current wave of Florida demand letters, and it has no revenue threshold.
